Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Ozone Coworks is committed to providing a flexible and user-friendly  workspace experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the  terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations of our  services. By using our services, you agree to this policy. 

General Policy

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the services provided by Ozone Coworks. We understand that circumstances may change, and we  aim to accommodate refund and cancellation requests to the best of our  ability. Please read the policy carefully to understand your rights and  obligations. 

Refund Eligibility

 Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Membership Plans: Refunds for membership plans will  be issued if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the  start of the membership term. No refunds will be issued after 7 days.
  • Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces: Refunds for meeting  rooms and event spaces will be issued if the cancellation request is  made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will  be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled  start time.
  • Day Passes: Day passes are non-refundable.

Cancellation Process

To cancel a service and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Membership Plans: Contact our customer support team at least 7 days within the start of the membership term. You can reach us via email at ozonecoworks@gmail.com or by phone at +91 82371 28000. Provide your membership details and the reason for cancellation.
  • Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces: Contact our customer support team at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. You can reach us via email at ozonecoworks@gmail.com or by phone at +91 82371 28000. Provide your booking details and the reason for cancellation.
  • Day Passes: Day passes are non-refundable, and therefore, cancellation is not applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Approval: Our team will review your cancellation request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed  within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original  payment method used during the transaction.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Services

 Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized and special requests that involve third-party services.
  • Services that have already been rendered or used.
  • Fees associated with late cancellations or no-shows for meeting rooms and event spaces.

Changes and Amendments

Ozone  Coworks reserves the right to modify this Refund and  Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately  upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy  periodically to stay informed of any updates.
